Hi, another tip that we'd like to share with you today about How to quit smoking is how powerful your self talk can be. When you ask yourself  a lousy question you can expect a lousy answer. for example, somebody asks, "what do I do if I get an uncontrollable craving?" The next thing that happens is that they have to imagine an uncontrollable craving to work out what they would do with one. A better question would be, "how do I experience a feeling of ease?" You are feeling better and better, the ease is building so slowly at first that you can't even notice how comfortable you are becoming.
