reasons why you smoke, then you won't be able to replace those reasons when you quit.

Schedule regular breaks through out my day
I will use my hands for gesturing or keep them busy with a toy
I will play golf or play pool with my friends or see them for dinner as a social activity
I will deal with anger by clearly knowing what I want from my outcomes and letting go of unrealistic expectations
I will keep a diary or todo list to remind me of my appointments and to record my routine
I will use hypnotherapy techniques to deal with withdrawal symptoms
